Active Rehab

Active Rehabilitation is an exercise based program that restores quality of life to those suffering from an injury; including:
Motor vehicle accidents (ICBC), work related injuries, and general aches and pains.

Our one-on-one active rehabilitation program is designed and managed by a registered Kinesiologist.

Our sessions are held 2-5 times per week over a 4 to 8 week period and are conducted in our own clinic gym or pool (for those requiring a gentler introduction to active rehabilitation).
