Active Rehabilitation is an exercise based program that restores quality of life to those suffering from an injury; including: Motor vehicle accidents (ICBC), work related injuries, and general aches and pains.

Our one-on-one active rehabilitation program is designed and managed by a registered Kinesiologist.

Active rehab helps with:

Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are trained to evaluate your health needs, provide an assessment of specific soft tissue or musculoskeletal condition, predict the timeline of your recovery, provide hands on therapy, and provide patient education through evidence-based research. They use manual therapy techniques to help decrease muscular tension, pain, and increase mobility.

Is a branch of clinical psychology that helps people as they navigate emotional or mental health difficulties. Clinical counselling can also be considered part of professional counseling and social work fields.
A Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) is a professional who has completed masters-level counselling education / training and has met the necessary standard requirements to receive the classification as a Registered Clinical Counsellor from the B.C.
Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
