His method focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying cause through precise chiropractic adjustments, followed by functional movements designed to reinforce alignment, restore mobility, and reduce the likelihood of recurring injuries. Dr. Fez provides care across the lifespan from babies and elite athletes to older adults tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs. In addition to full-spine care, he has extensive expertise in treating TMJ, shoulder, knee, and ankle conditions, helping patients who have not achieved the results they were seeking through other approaches. His journey in health and healing began with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Physiology from Simon Fraser University (SFU). He then spent four years working as a kinesiologist in a physiotherapy clinic while operating his own successful rehabilitation business, Kinex Active Rehab. Motivated to expand his clinical expertise, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota. Dr. Fez has extensive training and experience in strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and exercise science, including previous education through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is also certified in the treatment of Oral Facial Pain through the OFPT Centre in Toronto and has completed more than 30 postgraduate courses and professional certifications in manual therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise prescription. By integrating clinical precision with movement science, Dr. Fez helps patients achieve immediate pain relief, recover more efficiently, improve their movement, and optimize long-term performance ultimately elevating their quality of life.
