Coverage, eligibility and billing depend on your specific plan, program rules and individual circumstances. Revive Rehab cannot guarantee any coverage outcomes.
Clear payment support before your appointment.
Direct billing can reduce the payment step at the clinic, but it is not a guarantee of coverage. Your plan, provider rules, treatment type, deductible, and remaining benefits all affect what can be submitted.
Revive Rehab can help you understand what information to bring and can submit eligible claims electronically when your insurer and plan allow it.
What direct billing means
When direct billing is available, Revive Rehab can submit an eligible claim electronically to your insurer so you may only need to pay any remaining balance.
What to bring
Bring your benefits card, policy or member details, claim information for ICBC or WorkSafeBC, and government-issued ID if your provider requires verification.
Why coverage may vary
Plans differ by provider, employer, treatment type, annual maximums, deductibles, and whether a referral or pre-approval is required.
How our team helps
Our front desk can help you understand what details are needed and submit eligible claims when your plan and provider rules allow it.
Not sure which coverage applies?
Sorting through insurance programs can feel confusing, especially when you are also dealing with pain or an injury. Here are a few ways to narrow it down.
If your injury happened during a motor vehicle accident in BC, you likely need to file an ICBC claim. Visit the ICBC rehabilitation guide for next steps.
Workplace injuries in BC are typically covered through WorkSafeBC. Your employer files the initial report, and you can start care once your claim is accepted. See the WorkSafeBC guide.
Many employer plans include physiotherapy, massage therapy and chiropractic care. Check your benefits card or portal for coverage details, then visit the extended health guide.
BC's MSP may offer supplementary benefits for eligible residents. A physician referral is usually needed. Learn more in the MSP guide.
