What to know
Muscle tension can build from long commutes, physical work, training, or simply keeping up with a busy week. Our Registered Massage Therapists provide clinical massage therapy for Surdel residents who want help with soreness, restricted movement, or recovery from an injury. Each appointment starts with a brief assessment so the treatment fits your health history and current goals.
Your RMT may use a combination of general Swedish massage, focused pressure, myofascial techniques, or gentle joint movement. Pressure is discussed and can be changed at any time. You may also receive a short home care suggestion when a stretch, movement break, or heat routine could help maintain progress between appointments.
Appointments are available at our Surrey Scott Road clinic, Unit 102, 8388 120 Street, close to the Surdel community. The clinic offers private treatment rooms, ground floor entry, and free plaza parking. Call 604-503-5552 or book online to find an RMT time that works with your schedule.
