Accessing direct billing at our Surrey clinics is simple and straightforward:
1. Provide Your Insurance Details At your first appointment (or via our secure online patient portal prior to your visit), submit your current extended health benefits card or policy details. We will need the name of your insurance company, your policy/group number, and your member ID number, along with a government-issued photo ID to verify your account.
2. Real-Time Electronic Submission Immediately following your treatment session, our front-desk team uploads your claim electronically to your insurance provider. Within seconds, the portal processes the claim and returns an explanation of benefits (EOB) showing the exact coverage breakdown.
3. Settle Any Co-Pay Difference If your insurance plan covers 100% of the session fee, you pay nothing. If your plan covers a percentage (for example, 80%), or has an active annual deductible, you only pay the remaining balance (the co-pay amount) at the desk. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and contactless mobile payments for quick settlement.
