What to know
Sullivan Station and Panorama Ridge residents are seen by our Chimney Hill physiotherapy team, including Kanika Gandhi and Harpriya Luther, registered physiotherapists working out of the clinic at 15122 72 Ave #104. Both established, growing neighbourhoods sit within an easy drive of the clinic, along 72 Avenue and the 152 Street corridor, so patients do not have to travel into central Surrey for regular treatment. Your first visit includes a full movement and history assessment, an initial hands on treatment, and a home exercise plan you can start the same day.
Established family neighbourhoods like Sullivan Station and Panorama Ridge bring a fairly consistent mix of presentations into our clinic. Everyday mechanical back and neck pain from desk work, gardening, and lifting young children is common, alongside post surgical recovery following knee or hip replacements, and whiplash or soft tissue injuries following collisions on Highway 10 or Fraser Highway, two of the busier routes connecting this part of Surrey. Youth and adult sports injuries from local recreational leagues and school teams also make up a meaningful share of our caseload. Rather than following a generic protocol, our physiotherapists build every plan around the specific movement pattern that is actually causing the problem, which usually means a combination of hands on manual therapy, targeted exercise, and clear education about what to do and avoid between visits.
If you were injured in a motor vehicle collision, ICBC Enhanced Care pre approves 25 physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks, direct billed with zero out of pocket cost to you. WorkSafeBC claims for workplace injuries are handled the same way, with our team managing the paperwork and progress reporting directly with your case manager so you can focus on recovery instead of forms.
The Chimney Hill clinic is ground floor with private treatment rooms and free visitor parking right outside the door, just minutes from Sullivan Heights, Sullivan Station, and Panorama Ridge. Morning, evening, and weekend appointment times are available, and no physician referral is required to book your first assessment.

Harpriya Luther
Registered Physiotherapist
Harpriya is a Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in 2015. Her clinical experience spans a broad age range, from young children to older adults, giving her experience adapting rehabilitation to different stages of life and levels of physical ability. She has pursued additional training and holds certifications in dry needling, cupping therapy, K-Taping, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, female pelvic health, and the McKenzie Method for spinal conditions. Harpriya combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation and education. She begins by assessing how a patient's symptoms are affecting their movement and daily activities and then builds treatment around the findings of that assessment, with a particular interest in helping patients understand their condition rather than simply treating symptoms. Harpriya continues to pursue professional education and broaden her clinical skills so she can offer patients a range of treatment options appropriate to their condition and recovery goals. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Kanika Gandhi
Registered Physiotherapist
Kanika brings over 12 years of physiotherapy experience, with a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal injuries, workplace injuries, and injuries related to motor vehicle accidents. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a Master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy. Her advanced training also includes certification in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), along with specialized training in concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation. Kanika's sports physiotherapy background has shaped an approach that focuses on restoring movement and function while addressing the factors that may contribute to recurring symptoms or difficulty returning to activity, with treatment adapted according to the patient's condition, physical demands, and stage of recovery. Her experience with concussion and vestibular conditions also allows her to work with patients experiencing dizziness, balance difficulties, and other challenges that can occur following injury. Kanika's objective is to provide focused, practical rehabilitation that helps patients progress safely toward returning to work, sport, exercise, and everyday activities.
