What to know
Our Scott Road clinic sits inside the neighbourhood itself, a short walk from Scott Road SkyTrain Station and the retail plazas along 120 Street. Because so many patients arrive by transit or on foot from nearby apartment buildings, we run a high volume of walk-in-friendly assessments alongside longer-term physiotherapy plans for ICBC recovery, sports injuries, and everyday joint pain, led by our registered physiotherapists Jinder Hoonjan, Mukul Kaushik and Amit Deva.
Being right in the neighbourhood means our patient base is genuinely local and genuinely varied. Commuters using the SkyTrain daily come in with the low back and hip stiffness that comes from long periods of standing or sitting during transit, while residents in the surrounding apartment and townhome buildings bring the usual mix of mechanical back pain, sports injuries from local recreational leagues, and post surgical rehabilitation. Motor vehicle collisions along Scott Road and 120 Street are also a regular part of our caseload, given how busy this corridor is at peak commuting hours. Every new patient starts with a full movement and history assessment so treatment is built around the specific cause of the pain, not a generic exercise sheet, combining hands on manual therapy with a home program you can start the same day.
If you were injured in a motor vehicle collision, ICBC Enhanced Care pre approves 25 physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks, direct billed with zero out of pocket cost. WorkSafeBC claims for workplace injuries are handled the same way, and private pay and extended health patients are welcome under the same roof.
The clinic is ground floor with free plaza parking for patients driving in, and a short walk from Scott Road SkyTrain Station for anyone arriving by transit, with morning, evening and weekend appointment availability.

Jinder Hoonjan
Registered Physiotherapist
Jinder graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010 and has since developed extensive experience helping patients manage pain, recover from injury, and improve their physical function. Her philosophy centres around active rehabilitation. Jinder believes that hands-on treatment can be an important part of recovery, but lasting progress also comes from restoring strength, movement, and confidence, and her treatments commonly combine manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and individualized exercise prescription. She is also certified in acupuncture and may incorporate it into a patient's treatment plan when appropriate. She works collaboratively with patients to establish achievable rehabilitation goals and progressively build toward them, focusing not simply on short-term symptom relief but on helping patients regain the ability to participate more comfortably in work, recreation, exercise, and everyday life. Outside of the clinic, Jinder enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and being outdoors.

Harpriya Luther
Registered Physiotherapist
Harpriya is a Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in 2015. Her clinical experience spans a broad age range, from young children to older adults, giving her experience adapting rehabilitation to different stages of life and levels of physical ability. She has pursued additional training and holds certifications in dry needling, cupping therapy, K-Taping, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, female pelvic health, and the McKenzie Method for spinal conditions. Harpriya combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation and education. She begins by assessing how a patient's symptoms are affecting their movement and daily activities and then builds treatment around the findings of that assessment, with a particular interest in helping patients understand their condition rather than simply treating symptoms. Harpriya continues to pursue professional education and broaden her clinical skills so she can offer patients a range of treatment options appropriate to their condition and recovery goals. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.

Whether providing physiotherapy or active rehabilitation, he works with patients to establish realistic goals and develop a plan focused on improving strength, mobility, movement, and overall physical function. He places particular importance on building a strong therapeutic relationship with his patients and enjoys helping them understand and actively participate in their recovery. Outside of the clinic, Mukul enjoys meeting new people, watching cricket, and following debates and current affairs.
Amit Deva
Registered Physiotherapist
With more than two decades of clinical experience, Amit brings an extensive rehabilitation background to his physiotherapy practice. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2001 and Master of Physiotherapy in 2010 in India and also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Disability Rehabilitation and Management. Amit's experience spans musculoskeletal and sports injuries, vestibular and concussion-related conditions, age-related and degenerative conditions, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and complex neurological rehabilitation. His work in spinal cord injury rehabilitation has received recognition at both national and international levels. Amit believes successful rehabilitation begins with understanding what a patient wants to get back to doing. He establishes realistic, functional goals and develops a treatment plan around the patient's abilities, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. Depending on the condition, treatment may involve manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, shockwave therapy, cupping, Kinesio taping, laser therapy, TENS, IFT, ultrasound, and other rehabilitation strategies. Outside of physiotherapy, Amit enjoys spending time with his family and two young children, playing badminton, watching cricket, reading, and practising yoga.
