What to know
Located just minutes from the Scottsdale border and North Delta, our Scott Road clinic provides convenient physical rehabilitation from registered physiotherapists Jinder Hoonjan, Mukul Kaushik and Amit Deva for patients managing sports injuries, chronic joint wear, or recovery from surgery. Scottsdale and the surrounding North Delta streets are a mostly residential, family oriented area, and the physiotherapy needs we see reflect that, ranging from youth and adult sports injuries picked up at local fields and recreation facilities to the chronic joint wear and shoulder impingement that comes with age and daily activity.
Our physical therapists offer hands on treatment plans designed to restore normal joint play, reduce muscle guarding, and build physical capacity, starting with a full movement assessment so treatment addresses the actual cause of your pain rather than a generic protocol. For shoulder impingement and rotator cuff strain specifically, which are common presentations from this area, we combine targeted mobilization with a progressive strengthening program aimed at the specific movement pattern causing the irritation. Post surgical patients follow a staged recovery plan that progresses from gentle range of motion work toward full strength and function.
If your injury is the result of a motor vehicle collision, ICBC Enhanced Care pre approves 25 physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks, direct billed with zero out of pocket cost.
Our Scott Road clinic sits just north of Scottsdale Mall on 120 Street, making it easy to coordinate appointments around your shopping, with ground floor accessibility, ample parking outside, and direct electronic billing to major extended health providers.

Meet Our Local Registered Physiotherapists
Our certified and registered professionals are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and recovery guidance.

Jinder Hoonjan
Registered Physiotherapist
Jinder graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010 and has since developed extensive experience helping patients manage pain, recover from injury, and improve their physical function. Her philosophy centres around active rehabilitation. Jinder believes that hands-on treatment can be an important part of recovery, but lasting progress also comes from restoring strength, movement, and confidence, and her treatments commonly combine manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and individualized exercise prescription. She is also certified in acupuncture and may incorporate it into a patient's treatment plan when appropriate. She works collaboratively with patients to establish achievable rehabilitation goals and progressively build toward them, focusing not simply on short-term symptom relief but on helping patients regain the ability to participate more comfortably in work, recreation, exercise, and everyday life. Outside of the clinic, Jinder enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and being outdoors.

Harpriya Luther
Registered Physiotherapist
Harpriya is a Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in 2015. Her clinical experience spans a broad age range, from young children to older adults, giving her experience adapting rehabilitation to different stages of life and levels of physical ability. She has pursued additional training and holds certifications in dry needling, cupping therapy, K-Taping, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, female pelvic health, and the McKenzie Method for spinal conditions. Harpriya combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation and education. She begins by assessing how a patient's symptoms are affecting their movement and daily activities and then builds treatment around the findings of that assessment, with a particular interest in helping patients understand their condition rather than simply treating symptoms. Harpriya continues to pursue professional education and broaden her clinical skills so she can offer patients a range of treatment options appropriate to their condition and recovery goals. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Mukul Kaushik
Registered Physiotherapist
Mukul is a Physiotherapist and Kinesiologist with a broad background in rehabilitation and patient care. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India in 2009 and has also completed Level 1 training in Manual Therapy. He is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists and has been providing Active Rehabilitation services since 2019. Throughout his career, Mukul has gained experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including emergency care, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, senior rehabilitation, and home healthcare, allowing him to work with patients of different ages, abilities, and rehabilitation needs. Mukul takes a functional and goal-oriented approach to treatment. Whether providing physiotherapy or active rehabilitation, he works with patients to establish realistic goals and develop a plan focused on improving strength, mobility, movement, and overall physical function. He places particular importance on building a strong therapeutic relationship with his patients and enjoys helping them understand and actively participate in their recovery. Outside of the clinic, Mukul enjoys meeting new people, watching cricket, and following debates and current affairs.
Amit Deva
Registered Physiotherapist
With more than two decades of clinical experience, Amit brings an extensive rehabilitation background to his physiotherapy practice. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2001 and Master of Physiotherapy in 2010 in India and also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Disability Rehabilitation and Management. Amit's experience spans musculoskeletal and sports injuries, vestibular and concussion-related conditions, age-related and degenerative conditions, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and complex neurological rehabilitation. His work in spinal cord injury rehabilitation has received recognition at both national and international levels. Amit believes successful rehabilitation begins with understanding what a patient wants to get back to doing. He establishes realistic, functional goals and develops a treatment plan around the patient's abilities, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. Depending on the condition, treatment may involve manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, shockwave therapy, cupping, Kinesio taping, laser therapy, TENS, IFT, ultrasound, and other rehabilitation strategies. Outside of physiotherapy, Amit enjoys spending time with his family and two young children, playing badminton, watching cricket, reading, and practising yoga.
