I specialize in both manual and mechanical therapy techniques and hold certifications in:
- Dry Needling
- Cupping Therapy
- K-Taping
- Shockwave Therapy
- Vestibular Rehabilitation
- Female Pelvic Health (incontinence solutions)
- The McKenzie Method (for back pain management)
I’m dedicated to continuous learning and staying current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy, ensuring every patient receives high-quality care tailored to their unique needs. My ultimate goal is to restore movement, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring different cultures, and spending time with friends and family. I’m fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing me to connect meaningfully with a wide range of patients.
