What to know
Highstreet is one of the busiest shopping and entertainment destinations in Abbotsford, and if you live nearby and are managing joint stiffness, pain from a recent fall, or whiplash from an auto collision, our physiotherapists Rubeka Arora and Jasleen Sandhu are here to support your recovery at our clinic along Gladwin Road. The mix of retail employment and residential streets around Highstreet brings a fairly wide range of patients, from retail workers managing standing related joint fatigue to residents recovering from falls or collisions on the busy surrounding roads.
Our registered physiotherapists conduct thorough movement evaluations to pinpoint restricted joints and muscle imbalances, building a treatment plan around the actual biomechanical cause of your symptoms rather than a generic exercise sheet. Chronic knee discomfort is a common concern from this area, and we use joint mobilization, soft tissue release, and progressive leg strengthening to manage knee loading and reduce pain. For whiplash and post collision injuries, we follow a structured recovery timeline starting with pain control before progressing to full functional movement.
If you were injured in a motor vehicle collision, ICBC Enhanced Care pre approves 25 physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks, direct billed with zero out of pocket cost.
Our Gladwin Road clinic at 2777 Gladwin Rd #106 is located just a quick drive east of Highstreet, offering free parking, ground floor accessibility with direct entry for mobility aids, and direct billing for major extended benefits and ICBC claims.
