What to know
Fort Langley's heritage village, with antique shops, the National Historic Site, and a lot of small business owners on their feet all day, brings a specific kind of client into sessions with Nirvir Khosa, a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Revive Rehab's Langley Willoughby clinic.
Sessions address the specific anxiety of financial uncertainty, seasonal tourism swings, and the difficulty separating personal identity from a small business, different from general workplace stress in that there is often no one else to hand responsibility to.
Small business owners and tourism staff managing burnout or anxiety, along with residents dealing with grief, relationship conflict, or general low mood, are common clients.
Situational stress often responds within six to eight sessions.
Our clinic is just minutes away via 88th Avenue and 200th Street, with private therapy rooms and free parking.

“I had a really great experience with my psychotherapist Jasleen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a lot of experience in her field. I always felt understood and supported during our sessions. She's also very kind and easy to talk to, which made a big difference for me.”
