What to know
For active adults and seniors in Fort Langley, maintaining pain free mobility is key to enjoying the historic riverfront trails and daily routines, and our physiotherapist Harpriya Luther provides registered physiotherapy from our nearby Willoughby clinic to support exactly that. Fort Langley has an older, well established population alongside a steady stream of walkers, cyclists and dog walkers using the riverfront trails and heritage streets, and the physiotherapy needs we see reflect both groups, from age related joint changes to overuse injuries from regular trail use.
Osteoarthritis of the hip or knee, general balance concerns, and muscle strains from an active outdoor lifestyle are common presentations from Fort Langley. Harpriya designs gentle, progressive programs focused on joint health, core strength and safe movement mechanics, starting with a full movement assessment to understand the actual mechanical cause of your symptoms before building a plan. For older adults specifically, treatment often includes balance and gait training aimed at reducing fall risk and maintaining independence, not just easing pain after the fact.
If you were injured in a motor vehicle collision, ICBC Enhanced Care pre approves 25 physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks, direct billed with zero out of pocket cost, and we handle all the required paperwork directly.
Our Willoughby clinic offers convenient road access from Fort Langley via 208 Street or Glover Road, with comfortable private treatment rooms, an active rehab gym space, and direct electronic billing for major extended health benefit plans.

Harpriya Luther
Registered Physiotherapist
Harpriya is a Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in 2015. Her clinical experience spans a broad age range, from young children to older adults, giving her experience adapting rehabilitation to different stages of life and levels of physical ability. She has pursued additional training and holds certifications in dry needling, cupping therapy, K-Taping, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, female pelvic health, and the McKenzie Method for spinal conditions. Harpriya combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation and education. She begins by assessing how a patient's symptoms are affecting their movement and daily activities and then builds treatment around the findings of that assessment, with a particular interest in helping patients understand their condition rather than simply treating symptoms. Harpriya continues to pursue professional education and broaden her clinical skills so she can offer patients a range of treatment options appropriate to their condition and recovery goals. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
