What to know
Brookswood is a well established, heavily treed residential neighbourhood with a strong mix of longer term families and outdoor recreational activity, and residents here can find warm, personalized physical rehabilitation from our physiotherapist Harpriya Luther at our nearby Willoughby clinic. Being sited just a short drive north, the clinic sees a steady flow of Brookswood patients managing everyday back pain, joint stiffness, and athletic injuries from the neighbourhood's parks, trails and recreational sports programs.
Our physiotherapist helps patients manage back pain, joint stiffness and athletic injuries with hands on manual techniques and corrective movement education, starting with a full assessment to identify the actual cause of the pain rather than treating the general area of discomfort. Neck stiffness from screen work and desk jobs is a common complaint we see from Brookswood's commuting professionals, and treatment combines manual therapy, postural stretches and ergonomic advice to relieve the tension at its source rather than just temporarily. For sports and recreational injuries, we build a plan around the specific movement pattern that caused the strain so patients can return to their activity with a lower risk of re injury.
If your injury is the result of a motor vehicle collision, ICBC Enhanced Care pre approves 25 physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks, direct billed with zero out of pocket cost.
Our Willoughby clinic offers easy transit and road access with free street level plaza parking, comprehensive orthopedic manual therapy and IMS dry needling, and a modern clinic gym with progressive movement and balance equipment.

Harpriya Luther
Registered Physiotherapist
Harpriya is a Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in 2015. Her clinical experience spans a broad age range, from young children to older adults, giving her experience adapting rehabilitation to different stages of life and levels of physical ability. She has pursued additional training and holds certifications in dry needling, cupping therapy, K-Taping, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, female pelvic health, and the McKenzie Method for spinal conditions. Harpriya combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation and education. She begins by assessing how a patient's symptoms are affecting their movement and daily activities and then builds treatment around the findings of that assessment, with a particular interest in helping patients understand their condition rather than simply treating symptoms. Harpriya continues to pursue professional education and broaden her clinical skills so she can offer patients a range of treatment options appropriate to their condition and recovery goals. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
