What to know
Milner is a mostly agricultural and light industrial area along the rail corridor, and residents and commuters looking for physical recovery can visit our physiotherapist Harpriya Luther at our nearby Willoughby clinic for professional care. The mix of agricultural work, light industrial employment and rural residential properties in Milner brings a fairly distinct pattern into our clinic, chronic lower back stiffness from physical labour, workplace strains, and the general wear that comes with manual, hands on work, alongside recovery from automobile collisions along the busier stretches of Glover Road and 64 Avenue.
Harpriya designs realistic recovery programs that build long term joint health and spinal stability, starting with a full movement and history assessment so treatment is built around the actual physical demands of your work or lifestyle rather than a generic exercise sheet. For workplace strain specifically, we focus on correcting the movement pattern or repetitive task causing the irritation, combining hands on manual therapy with progressive strengthening aimed at the specific job demands.
If you were injured in a motor vehicle collision, ICBC Enhanced Care pre approves 25 physiotherapy sessions within the first 12 weeks, direct billed with zero out of pocket cost, and WorkSafeBC claims for workplace injuries follow the same direct billing process.
Our Willoughby clinic is a direct, short drive from the Milner corridor with free plaza parking, integrated care coordinating with on site massage therapists and chiropractors, and direct billing to most major private health insurance providers.

Registered Physiotherapist
Harpriya is a Physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in 2015.
