What to know
Clearbrook is not a drive-in neighbourhood for Revive Rehab's chiropractic patients — it is the neighbourhood the clinic itself sits in, on Gladwin Road. Dr. Alex Sattar, who grew up in Abbotsford and trained at the University of the Fraser Valley before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at the University of Western States, sees Clearbrook residents on foot, by bike, and by car with no real commute involved.
What Makes Chiropractic Care at a Neighbourhood Clinic Different?
Being local means Dr. Sattar treats the same patients repeatedly over months or years, which makes it easier to track whether a treatment plan is actually working rather than guessing from a single visit. He adjusts manually or with instrument-assisted mobilization depending on what a given joint responds to best.
Who Typically Books From Clearbrook?
Walk-in neighbours dealing with everyday mechanical back or neck pain, parents managing the physical toll of carrying young kids, and people returning to exercise after time off all book here regularly, alongside Dr. Sattar's long-time football and recreational-sport patients.
How Long Does a Course of Care Usually Run?
A single acute strain often settles within a few visits. Ongoing postural or joint issues are reassessed every visit, so the length of care is based on actual progress rather than a fixed package of sessions.
How Much Does Chiropractic Care Cost Here?
Cost varies between an initial assessment and a routine adjustment. Revive Rehab confirms your extended health coverage ahead of time and direct bills your insurer for the covered amount.
Why Book at the Clearbrook Clinic Directly?
Ground-floor access, free plaza parking right outside, and being able to walk in from most of the neighbourhood make same-week booking straightforward, especially compared with clinics elsewhere in the Fraser Valley with a longer wait list.

Dr. Alex Sattar
Chiropractor
I was raised in Abbotsford since moving from the Philippines when I was 6 years old. I am proud to call this community home after all these years. Sports has been a big part of my life and I wanted to continue with that connection with sports as I got older. I have played football for almost 21 years and counting. Ranging from high school to the Canadian Junior Football League to now touch football on weekends. I also play tennis and have recently picked cycling as a new hobby. Having been in sports for so many years I have met a lot of Chiropractors. That is why I made the decision to become a Chiropractor. I graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with my Bachelor of Kinesiology and then went to the University of Western States in Portland where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science as well as my Doctor of Chiropractic. As a chiropractor I look at the body as a whole. We have always been told that everything is connected, and that statement definitely is true. I work a lot of the soft tissues the move our body as well as adjusting the many bones that hold our body together. I use many techniques to work on soft tissues such as Cupping, Pin and stretching, and massage. I can adjust the spine or other parts of the body manually or mobilize the joints depending on patient preference.
